11 days ago I made a shipping label through paypal and after not being able to print it, i canceled it and made another one. Thought i was going to get a refund for the previous label right away but that wasnt the case... Well after waiting 11 days decided to shoot them an email about it.. I didnt expect them to answer it so fast. Within minutes i got an answer and got my refund :)
Finally things are a bit up to speed?!

i wouldn't count your chickens bk, lol.
I hate Paypal.
I've had a Paypal account since 2001. I've used it for purchasing but not selling.
I've sent emails asking different questions and have not received a response yet.
In the future if I sell, I will ask for a check or money order only.

I have had some issues with my Paypal account but nothing that would put me off from using them. I will say that the refunds do take a little time to credit, and should you want to use that $ from the refund to purchase something not using paypal the transfer of funds to your bank account is pretty slow as well.
It's not paypal's fault that the USPS takes forever to refund! So why are you blaming them?

Not blaming anyone really. All i said was their process of answering emails is perhaps a bit faster than it was before. And if it was really usps who gives a refund then why would i get the money from paypal the second after i send them the email about it?
This email confirms that your shipping label has been cancelled and that your refund has been processed for the shipping label shown below. The shipping value, including the cost of insurance if it was purchased with the label, has been credited to your PayPal account.
Paypal probably saw it was canceled and processed the refund without waiting for USPS. Trust me the USPS takes almost 2 weeks to credit a refund for shipping. I know this because I do a lot of shipping through click and ship. ;)

google check out is more for business sites vs someone selling to a few people.
