Shrimp Requirements?

I've got some great Cherry's coming from Msjinkzd and was curious to know what parameters you all keep your shrimp in a species only tank? Currently, I keep Ghost Shrimp in a community tank with the temp around 78-79 and the PH is around 7.4-7.6. But I know their different...

Do you feed them anything special or just the norm (flakes, blood worms, IE: whatever the fish don't eat)? I made some snail food for my Mystery's...

Those parameters are just fine. They are omnivorous, I feed a mix of catfish pellets, hikari crab cuisine, some veggies, etc. A well rounded diet seems to be best for them. They will eat flake, but I find sinking foods to be easiest. Most important is to not overfeed. They are small little things and will graze on infusoria in the tank as well so be cautious to not overfeed.
