View Full Version : Molly and CAE fighting?

My sailfin molly is pretty beat up from fighting with my Chinese algae eater. I know the CAE gets aggressive as they age and I would have never bought it If I would have known that. However, watching the two together it seems sammy(molly) is the instigator. Stick(my cae) will just be chill'in and sammy will come over to him with his fins all straight up in the air and start picking a fight. Has anyone seen this before?

Good deal that you are getting rid of it. It really doesnt matter who the instigator its, they still have to be seperated. In all likely hood the cae is pestering the molly and pissing it off.. Could be a territorial thing too.
