By glowing blue gourami, do you mean a neon blue dwarf gourami?
Convicts can't go with any of your current fish. Convicts are NOT peaceful at all.
In your size tank, you should consider some of the dwarf cichlids.

Go with the pair of rams or kribs like Krytan suggested. Also, be careful with the gourami's. Males usually will not get along.

anglefish should not be in a 10 gallon tank. also, once your chinese algae eater gets big, he will start feeding off your fish's slime coat... which is bad

My experience with Convicts is they breed like crazy! I had a million baby Convicts... I had to give them away. haha

I don't think it's possible to give the one most peaceful cichlid. Individual personalities play a huge role.
What else are you interested in species wise...there are too many cichlids...

I would only get a pair of rams or kribs not both. Angles and gouramis don't do well together either.

from my experience with dwarf gouramis, I have found that:
- females are shy, I was lucky to see the two I had once every few weeks
- three males in a 20g wont work, but after my third died, 2 I had were fine, being different color morphs (a powder blue and a red flame) might have had something to do with it though.
- they are active fish, they need room as well as cover, and are far from shy.
IMHO, the best gouramis ever are golden honey gouramis. they stay less than 2", they are extremly peaceful, they'll eat anything, they can live easily in groups, they're very cute, and they're relitively hard.

Pair - German Blue Ram or German Golden Ram
Pair - Kribensis
Pair - Bolivian Ram
1 Per Tank - Honey/Pearl/Blue/Dwarf Gourami I've never kept more then 1 in a tank of that size so I dont know how they will be.
