Betta breeding?

I'm not sure what the"sensor athings" are.
There will be a small white knob on her ovipositor.
Do as Evelyn says and you'll be OK.
You'll only need about 4-5" of water in a bare bottom tank.
The male will rip the female's fins and she'll look pretty ragged.
BUT keep your camera ready, it's an amazing egg laying process.
When it's over, remove the female to another tank (perhaps medicated)
When you see wigglers, leave the male in for a couple of days (unless he starts eating them).
You'll need to hatch some baby brine shrimp to feed them for awhile.

Good luck
Charles

PS: Be prepared to have about twice as many females as males(in my experience) and you'll need to figure out what to do with them.
