aragamax sand

I recently set up another marine tank 75 gal. I did some research and found that aragamax sand is the way to go. Well I set it up , put in 150 # of sand and it is starting to clear finally. My 55 gal has cc so I am new at DSB. My question is, I think the fish are going to make a big white cloud everytime they go near the bottom. Am I suppose to do something else with this sand?

The sand will settle and not cloud once the bacteria populations and other snad bed fauna become established. Bascially, they weight the sand down and make it sticky. A digging fish can still cause a bit of a cloud, but not that bad, and it should clear quickly.

I agree with OG (geez, what's new?) - it shouldn't be a problem. I thought the same thing when I put the sand in my tank but it doesn't cloud up once it's 'settled' in.
