Both nitrites and nitrates are high...I don't have a test kit by me so I can't give you readings.
Keep dosing ammonia until both that and nitrites are consistently at 0 ppm.

Take readings right before dosing ammonia of course. Also, test pH and make sure it's not under 6.

about 1ppm and 20ppm... you should start to lower the amount of ammonia you put in each day.
