Just want to know all of the fish that would make good tankmates for Rainbow fish(please include bottom fish). Thanks

They are peaceful fish so pretty much all other peaceful fish will work fine. Bottom feeders like cories will be fine.

I agree with Captain Hook. We have a variety of rainbows with bala sharks, clown loaches, siamese algae eaters, black ruby barbs, and a common pleco. We had Giant Danios with them as well at one time.

What kind of Rainbowfish were you thinking about getting in particular? Some get 6 or 7" long and become fairly active swimmers.
Iam thinking of getting Turquoise Rainbow's, a group of six should be good enought for them to school right? 6 giant danios, 5 cories. Dont know what else? any ideas?
ps. how much do people who live in canada pay for Turquoise Rainbows cause at my lfs their around $13cnd. they look real nice but are kinda pricey. Thanks

I have found most rainbows to be pricey. I think it's because they are pretty inaccessible in the wild, so hard to collect.
