Looks evil!
And beautiful. I like the golden flecks of color along the top, and his brown eyes. What kind of cray, do you know?

Juvenile crays are often sold as feeders, and sometimes kept in tanks with other feeders (goldfish, guppies, minnows, etc). I don't know which species is generally sold as feeders tough.

Beautiful crayfish. The patterning kind of looks like a Montezumae, but those would never be feeders... they're so expensive! Great find either way though!

Nice pick up and sort of looks like a marmokreb with the splatchy tans over the darker brown.
Plus since he was a feeder it is possible, because of their breeding habits.

I don't think it would be a Marmorkrebs, which is really more of a species that's passed between hobbyists and not sold in stores. I still think it's probably just the regular feeder crayfish that have been around so long, whatever species it may be.

Nah, it's patterning is too overlapping and the speckling too small.
Mamorkrebs have patterns like this - http://thecrayfish.forumotion.net/marmorkreb-general-information-f41/general-info-t76.htm
Very distinct and similar to P. fallax.
Most likely, it'll need to be an adult before it's IDed. A lot of juvenile (assuming it's not an adult dwarf) crayfish are highly mottled, and lose the patterning as they grow.

Petco sells them regularly. One of their wholesalers (Segrest Farms) sells them mixed in with the P. acutus feeders.
