I am very new to this. Soooo much to learn. I have a 65 gallon freshwater tank with the following critters:
2 Columbian Sharks
2 Red Tail Black Sharks
2 Pictus Catfish
3 Gold Gouramis and 1 Blue Gourami
3 Tiger Barbs and 1 Albino Toger Barb
4 Gold Ram Cichlids
2 Chinese Algea Eaters and 2 Albino Chinese Algea Eaters
1 Zebra Lobster

Is this all good for a 65 gallon tank. I keep it at 80 deg... feed once a day, flake one day frozen the next along with a few sinking wafers for the cats and Lobster. Several live plants... 2 bubblers... lots of hiding places...

Anything that I need to know... good or bad?

Thanks,

rdc

Hello, :welcome: to AC.

I am very new to this. Soooo much to learn. I have a 65 gallon freshwater tank with the following critters:
2 Columbian Sharks These will need a MUCH bigger tank and brackish water
2 Red Tail Black Sharks You should only have one of these and not with gouramis
2 Pictus Catfish need to be kept in larger shoals
3 Gold Gouramis and 1 Blue Gourami males don't get on well together
3 Tiger Barbs and 1 Albino Toger Barb
4 Gold Ram Cichlids
2 Chinese Algea Eaters and 2 Albino Chinese Algea Eaters these will get huge and will feed on your other fishy's slime coat
1 Zebra Lobster not very fish friendly

Is this all good for a 65 gallon tank. I keep it at 80 deg... feed once a day, flake one day frozen the next along with a few sinking wafers for the cats and Lobster. Several live plants... 2 bubblers... lots of hiding places...

Anything that I need to know... good or bad? It's not that bad, most of us have made similar mistakes when starting in this hobby.

Thanks,

rdc
