I want to order kens fish food but..... I need to know what size

it goes by microns, so......what size for guppy, platy and molly fry?

Get the 200-300 size for livebearer fry. They are big enough to handle that size. That's the size I bought, but for my cichlid fry I should have bought the smaller size.
 
I just went through this with Ken looking for the biggest chunks with the least amount of chafe to feed my oscars. I emailed him and he responded same day. Ask questions and be specific.
