please tell me this apisto 'cockatoo' is female, I bought three and in the shop she looked female but she has so much colour, though the def male hasnt killed either yet so i assume they are females.

looking good :) On the right hand side there is a branch hanging down ? how did you get it to stay like that?

The last picture in my first post also booya love your avatar gets me everytime

The branch is cleverly stuck through a hole in the top zap tied both sides making it bigger than the actual hole and then s***loads of silicone to bond it together have done it before with silk plants.

So is it a girl?
 
in photos 2 and 3 you are showing a red rubin sword. i have those too. when they fill out they are stupendous. the outer leaves turn an olive color while the central leaves (the newest ones) are almost magenta. the leaves in between progress from maroon to olive green
