Selection here varies but it's not too bad but could be better, the LFs stock the usual basic fish, live bearers, some smaller cichlids, goldfish, koi, sometimes discus but there are a few guys here who bring in more exotic fish and can special order so you can get almost anything if you're willing to pay and wait. I plan on breeding eventually.
I dont have any pics of my tank here but will post some when I get back home. :thm:
Those discus are nice but the prices are hott, $700TT. Thats $235BDS(117US), I paid $65US for mine although I got a deal.

/\/\/\ The price is high because they are hard to come by. Severums, Discus, Arowanas, Big Oscars even some cichlids expect to pay good money in trinidad.
Some places expect to pay around 1500TT for a pair of discus.
I wonder how hard it would be to ship in my own?

Would have to check with ministry of agriculture or some other agency I would expect and would have to make sure they are coming overnight and can be cleared the next day, and plan for some casualties if you are getting skittish fish. This time of year is probably not a good idea because of the cold unless they are coming from Miami or somewhere close and warm.
