Ok I am sending out a package right, the guy never gave me his name but it came with his paypal info. Paypal said he lived in NY, he said he is in college in NC and on his visitor messgae it says I'm in college in NC but from NJ and with the fact he never gave me his info via pm I am thinking this might possibly be fraud? Or am I overthinking it?

Email or PM him and tell him you need the address he wants the item shipped to or you can't ship it.

I always verify addresses.
 
I tried he isn't responding yet he's online

Things just keep getting better and better, now its snowing and I had a large plant shipment coming in :angry:

I will NEVER ship to an address unless its on his paypal account... I dont necessarily need it to be verifed.. but if its not registered with paypal it coulf be fraud

tell him to add his school address to his paypal-- not that hard to do and it will save you the hassle
