Well here is my aquarium 
I know it looks weedy, but I'm just exacted that the plants are growing and the algae is staying away LOL.
And yes those are bricks in there, they are holding down the new driftwood. I've used those same 2 bricks in my tanks for years, and they have never had any effect on the water.
