What fish to buy with a Bala shark, ruby shark and algee eater in a 30gal for about $20.00

None. A 20 is too small for the fish already in there.
use the $20 to save up fpr a much larger aquarium. Bala sharks get huge!!!

yeah with a 20 gallon that bala will out gow it quicke, the y can get to be 10 inches long, mine is eight! same thing with the algae eater. they dont grow as fast but the y can grow just as big as a bala shark over time, you might consider a 55, if you have the room

within 2 years I had 2 Balas grow from 1" to 5.5 and 6.5 inches in a 30 gal tank.
FWIW, Balas are schoolers, they need to be in groups of 6 to be 'happy' ... However, you can get away with having 2 and them being happy... But you really need a bala friend for your bala...
Then save for a bigger tank, they'll need the room. soon.
