10,000K?

seacorals.com sent me the wrong color temp bulbs. I was supposed to get 6700 and i got 10,000K. Is this even adequate to grow plants? How will it look next to a 55 watt 6700 compact flourescent? WIll it wash out the fishes colors?

They'll work, I blend 10000s with 6700's, it helps balance the yellow-green light of the 6700.

Me too. You may prefer the color with the two bulbs combined.
