saw her last night(i was so excited), but then this morning the eggs were gone.

I don't know how long she was carrying the eggs....

what are the chances that she laid it or she dropped them?

i am really worry now........*(sad)

if she did laid them, how long later will i see the babies?
thanks
joe

if the eggs were infertile, she may have just dropped them since there was no point in carrying them. if shed carried them for at least 2 weeks, then id say theres a good chance they hatched.

judging by the small saddle (yellow area behind her head) my guess would be infertile and she got rid of them. dont worry, if you have a male, shell make more

hmm...okay...i just go so excited...coz i had them for a while and none of them were getting berried....so..okay...i'll keep waiting

Look VERY closely in your tank. they may have hatched.
It is hard to tell by the pix, but she looks big, which means the eggs are large, and they may have hatched...

the baby shrimp are very small, if you havent got a prefilter on your filter intake, look in the filter for baby shrimp. And put a prefilter on that intake tube..

baby shrimp are LESS than 1/8th inch long...

How old do Cherries have to be before they're mature enough to breed? How long after the female is berried does it take to see the offspring?

In my experience, you don't see the babies right away. Most often they will hide out or are so small you don't notice them for the first couple weeks. Then next thing you know shrimp are EVERYWHERE
