I'm doing a worksheet for my 10th grade health class. Its on the stresses that various age groups suffer from, and how they deal with it.

I still need answers from these age groups:
19-23 years
24-30
31-40
51-60
61-70
71+

If you answer, tell me what age group you are (You don't have to say your exact age). I just need to know what the most significant stress in your life is, and how you deal with it.

Thank you very much for the help!
Isaac

i can honestly say your homework is simple but i'm too young to help. i would say failing economy for 19-23 years because they are the ones competing for jobs with a low education

19-23 years. My biggest stress is, of course, college. I deal with it by owning people in FPS PC games -- Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory & Enemy Territory: Quake Wars right now.

Well I am in the age group you omitted. I am 43. Biggest stress - money. How we handle it - budget, paying bills first, food second, anything left over savings except for $50 which my husband and I decide what "splurge" we spend it on. Going out for dinner, etc.

I'm in the 24-30 group. My biggest stress is work. I deal with it by feeding my Multiple Tank Syndrome and sleeping too much.

I'm 33 My biggest stress is work, I train soldiers and sailors for combat and prepare some for specific missions. What a use for a Biology degree. I handle stress by extreme sports (adventure racing, kayaking, etc....). I also read books and hike. Believe it or not learning relaxes me. Ohh watching my aquatic friends too. Terminal bachelor and no kids so I may be wrong for my age group LOL.

i'm 23 and my biggest stressor is finances. i haven't found a good way to deal with it yet, i guess paying it off would be a good start... ;)
