Which flake makes your fish grows fast?

Do you guys think feeding vegetable flakes is going to make my bosemani rainbows/congo tetras stop eating my riccia, glosso, and green hygro?!? Zomg they are pissing me off. Those are the only plants they gnaw at once in a while...apparently my congos thankfully dont even go after my petite anubia's new leaves not once...

Like which one

Bosemanii rainbowfish, Congo tetras, and Red line torpedo barbs

Higher protein is usually good for growth, but if the fish need some veggie material in their diet it should at least be alternated with spirulina flake to keep their digestive systems healthy. NLS is the best all-around food, even wood-eating pleco's can handle it w/out problems.

Ah, spirulina flake...not vegetable flake?

I love the hikari sinking carnivore pellets. But beyond that you really cannot beat Kens fish food for quality and definitely price (I don't know how he does it so cheap....)

Read the ingredients; most veggie flake contains spirulina, some more than others. If it's listed as the first ingredient it's top quality flake for veggie-eaters.
