flowerhorn laid eggs

i have a female and male flowerhorn in the same tank with an egg crate divider between them. After I introduced the male 4 days ago the female laid eggs on the bottom glass really close to the divider.

what should I do from here on? is there even a chance the male fertilized through the divider?

what other fish do you have in the tank? anything that will eat the eggs? if the eggs turn white with like an alge on it that usually means that the eggs were not fertalized
