"Dragon Scale" Betta

I got this fish today when I was out LFS hopping. It was labeled as a "Dragon Scale". I don't know what that means, but it's a cool fish so I picked it up. If anyone knows anything about it or what type it really is feel free to chime in

He's a dragon scale

I believe Dragon scale is when they have that white color over their scales:
