Saddled means eggs in the females reproductive organ.
Berried they are underneath rear legs
I have read they can hatch in 3-5 weeks depending on temp? is this accurate info?

I got 4 RCS (all they had left at LFS)
apparently 2 are berried. not sure if the other 2 are m or f
How much of an impact will these have on the bio-load on my 5 gallon tank.
 
info is accurate and very low bioload. Doesn't mean you can go without a filter, though. They're still super sensitive to ammonia and nitrite
 
I'm sure the experts can confirm that, but it looks right based on my reading. The males are smaller and less colourful, more transparent-looking - although I needed help from AC to work this out - I was sold two males that were actually female; it can be a bit hard to tell when they are small.
