I am down to my last say about 15-20ish baby crays and they need homes. I am open for trades on plants, fish, shrimp and pretty much anything aquatic.

These crays will bring lots of joy to you if you decide to keep them as pets or they will bring greater joys to your fishies if you use them as feeders.

I find them quite active in my tanks. They like to dig in the substrate, see how high they can climb, and when something bumps them or they bump something they flip their tails real hard and end up in the middle of the water slowly floating back down. I take extra brigg clutches and squish them and hand feed them, all they see is this big hand coming down in their water and they all run out to see who can pinch me 1st, lol. They really try to grab the food and run but I make them share so they pinch the hand that won't let go of the food.
IMHO, I think they are active, expecially if they feel safe in their environment.

What size tank would you say they require? Also, are you interested in java moss, or corkscrew vals?

Also, are these the ones that clone themselves?

Yes these are the selfcloners and a 10gl is plenty for 1 or possibly 2 if both are given hidey holes.

I'm interested. I plan on putting in it a community 75g with Angels/GB Rams/serapae tetras/synodontis catfish. Would this work? Or does this crayfish require its own tank.

Will this crayfish eat baby Red Cherry Shrimps?
