It's not marketed under that name anymore. To my understanding, Dr. Tim who was the scientist who came up with it left Marineland, and they had to change the name. They also changed it a bit.
They have a freshwater version marketed as Tetra SafeStart, which is also supposed to be shelf-stable so you don't have to refrigerate it though refrigeration is supposed to make it last longer.
Also, there is now a marine version called Instant Ocean BioSpira (or something similar). I haven't looked into it since I only have freshwater tanks and a brackish tank. I'm not looking to take on saltwater at this time.
