from what ive heard the angels are big fin nipers but other than that every thing sounds fine to me

I might have missed something, but what size tank do you have? Clown loaches will eventually get fairly large, but over a long span of time. For angels to develop their dorsal and anal fins properly, they should have about 16 inches of vertical space.
Otherwise, all your fish are compatible, so good luck!
