Help with cascade 1500

Hello everyone!

I can't seem to get my cascade to work. I followed the instuctions when setting it up, now it wont do anything. I can here the motor working, but nothing else is happening.

Any ideas?

Have you filled it all the way up with water? I know nothing about this brand...sorry.

Well I ended up solving my problem, you just have to press the button on way more than what the instructions say:) everything is working now!

i have this same filter 4 of them and yes just pump the primer button several times and you will hear it filling with water and after it is done filling plug it in and your good to go.

I read the instructions and it said to pump 4 time then wait a minute and it will fill it self, then plug it in...that was a lie lol. Other than that I am pretty impressed, it's a lot quieter than I thought it was going to be.
