I use Seachem Flourish, Flourish Excel, Flourish Trace, Flourish Iron, Flourish Potassium, and Flourish Root Tabs.
Can you tell I like Flourish?? :D
My usage is quite similar, with Flourish Nitrogen and Jobes plant spikes added to the list. Only a couple of tanks get the whole list with any frequency, most get only Flourish and a bit of Flourish Potassium from time to time. That all depends on the light and the fish load.

i'm as low tech as you get. i just have iron/fertilizer tabs for sword plants. i bought 25lbs of flourite but the darndest thing is, my best looking swords are in a tank with plain sand substrate.

All left-overs here!! Jobes plant spikes in the substrate for swords and such, then weekly 'doses' of Miracle Grow Rose food! I also throw in a weekly 'dose' of stump remover when I think of it.
When I say 'dose', I mean that I mix about a 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of the 'fertilizer' in some water and dump it in!! Not very scientific at all, but seems to work good. All my plants are growing pretty good! Fish seem happy also.
That's about as low-tech as I can get!!
