View Full Version : Finally got some pics of the new striata!

They're in the 10gallon QT currently with a loan juvie BN. Currently have an AC20 going full tilt which they seem to enjoy. Each evening right before feeding the whole group of them will swim in the current for a bit before going behind a fake log where the current is dead basically and rest. Tank is gravel due to previously having a Betta in there. Gonna switch to sand in the text few months when I have time to run by the construction site. Also included are some updated pics of the 75gallon they will be going in to in the next few weeks.

Thanks! I plan on redoing them in the next week, after I get some plants and more driftwood and making a larger pile of them stacked on some driftwood and in the end I'm hoping that I can get moss to grow all over the whole pile. It'll be a huge grassy knoll ;)

Very cute! My striatas are my (second) favorite loaches & the slowest growers ever! How many do you have?

Cool, I only have 6, all they had at the time. Love the red lips!
