How to do a quote of a post with a quote

If someone said soething and the next person quoted it, how do you quote the post with the quote in it?

Say the first person quoted something like this:

Now I want to quote the whole of the above post. How do I do it?

quote the same post THEY quoted, then insert the quote into the post YOU want to quote, in the same spot.
