I just got 8 little guys/gals (on thursday) and have ground up flake food for them.
I was wondering if anyone feeds them Alge Waffers or Frozen Baby Brine and if so how often. I was thinking the waffers 4 out of 7 days and FBB the others.
They are cool enough for me to hatch some BBS shrimp but not every meal like one site suggested.

all my Cories eat algae wafers and sinking pellets but they really love my snail jello, i add lots of 100% sprillua, fish flakes and they go really nuts over it,.. you might try the recipe at the top of the inverts page, its simple and easy to make and feed, pygmy cories should be able to eat the same as the larger cories

also they love frozen bloodworms, as a treat,..

I feed mine a high protein small sinking pellet, flake food and frozen daphnia. I'm sure they would relish some frozen blood worms but the daphnia are a better size for them.

I feed mine microworms, white worms, earthworm pellets, shrimp pellets, veggie pellets and frozen bloodworms. Be careful with the frozen bloodworms, it has been reported that they can choke on them since their throats are so tiny! I shave the frozen worms off with a knife so nothing's too large for them.
