Do i need to add CSM+B if i have a flourite substrate?

Also what is the recipe for this plantex that i have heard so much about?

It isn't cheap 12 bucks for 1 pound.

Where do i get those pinch/smigen, etc spoons from?

Do i need to be adding calcium?

The Chuck Glad and Fertilizor both only list having potassium nitrate, mono potassium phosphate, magnesium, and plantex.

Is this all that is required?

Also i read on Rex Gregs site that if you dose plantex and mono potassium phosphate together you will make som sort of iron something i forgot the name any it said that it will become a state in which it would not be water soluable.

If i dosed every other day with the macro and micro would this be enough time to stop this from happening?

Yes, Flourite doesn't contain any nutrients that are readily available to plants.

It's a mix of several minerals: iron, manganese, copper, zinc, molybdenum, boron, etc. The actual recipe is property of Plantex.

Online if you can't find it at your local grocery store.

Yes, along with magnesium. Some people rely on their hard water but it's better to have some on hand just in case. This is why a gh booster is useful.

Pretty much, though I'd substitute a gh booster in place of only magnesium sulfate.

The phosphate in KH2PO4 and the iron chelate in CSM+B can precipitate, which means the ions form a bond and solidifying.

Dosing KH2PO4 and CSM every other day or even just a few hrs apart will prevent this from happening at any noticeable degree.
