Where do you mount a powerhead?

Hi,

I'll be setting up a 90 gallon tank soon and I am trying to figure out where to put a powerhead, generally towards the top or the bottom of the tank? Are there restrictions on where you can locate them?

I've always placed mine 2-3 inches from the surface of the water. And 4-6" from the side.

There aren't any restrictions, I usually put them closer to the top, but you can basically do what you want. ^_^
