MA957 milwaukee regulator

hooked up this regulator to my co2 tank today and noticed that the right side gauge (low pressure gauge) showed no pressure at all. I followed the step by step instructions but no dice. Does anyone have experience with these regulators? Does this gauge commonly break?

It also looks like the guy only filled it to 550 psi. I doubt that would make a difference in the low pressure gauge though. The one thing I am relieved with was it seems pretty easy to get a steady consistent bubble count pretty easily.

You have to turn the screw in the middle to adjust the low pressure feed.

My Milwaukee MA957's right guage is blown. If you look at he needle it might be cranked all the way around to the right. It doesn't really matter though it still works fine and the bubble counter is what tells me how much CO2 is flowing.
