I have 2 Aquaclear 200 power filters. What should I run in them.
2 sponges in each? A sponge and carbon in one and a sponge
and amrid ammonia remover in the other?

What is in the tank? Are you trying to remove medicine? If not, there is no need for carbon.
Is the tank not cycled yet? Do you have ammonia readings? If not, no need for ammonia remover.
Just put two sponges in each, that should be plenty.
I have two Aquaclear 200's on my 75 that has a full grown Oscar & a full grown pleco. I only have sponges in them and they do a fine job.
