i have heard of 500 gallon and such tanks, just curious as to what these look like with fish in them, and where you would put one!

i am wondering, once the tank it deeper than your arm can reach, do you have to put your head in the water to siphon the gravel?

Just pull the plug in the bottom to drain the water for a water change ;).

Wow. I'm drooling over here. Once I win the lottery, I can get some tanks like these. :D

I love the 1700 gal plans. Anyone find on the site, the cost of building that?

I have a 150 gallon tank (sorry can't post the pic yet). Being 6' tall, I can just about touch the bottom of the tank when cleaning or moving a plant.

Anything higher and you would have to get in it to do anything to it.

Oh yeah and since the tank is also 6' long my wife tells me she is going to bury me in it!!!
