pop-eye

I woke up this morning to find out that one of my guppies has pop-eye. She was in the breeder box so Im guessing there wasnt enough circulation through it to keep the water filtering. Is there anything I can do to help her out? I have already let her out of the breeder box and done a 25% water change to make sure the water is nice and clean. Will she get over this or is she stuck having big huge eyes for the rest of her life?

Usually pop eye is associated with a bacterial infection, I think. Most likely, she will be able to fight the infection now that she's in better water, but you will want to watch her, and treat if you do not see signs on improvement within a couple days.
