Instead of relying on other to tell you anything, you are far better off starting in the Newbie Section. I am not trying to denigrate but rather to let you know you need to do most of the work on your own and then ask questions if you don't understand. Knowing where to find the answers is more helpful than being told what to do.
Also checkout the planted tanks section and do some reading. There is far too much to learn just to be told "Do 'XYZ' because I do it". Once you learn the basics it becomes much easier to expand and to go in a direction of your choosing rather than someone else's tastes. Water varies from place to place and what works in one place may not work in another. This is where learning the basics come in handy.
Pay special attention to cycling a tank. It is the most important part of the hobby. Once a tank has cycled and you maintain it, it becomes routine. There are many parts that is done without thinking, but it first needs to be learned and the reasons why. I know you have been here a while but you really need to think of this as a new beginning.
