I have three ottos in my tank - they are great dealing with all the algae but they do not seem to have appetite for anything else. I tried leaving them spinach, zuccine or the little algae chips. They do not touch it. They just eat the elage in the tank. Do I worry about it? How do I know they are ok with the algae only?

If there is sufficient algae for them to munch on in your tank, then I wouldn't get too worried about it. If you run out of algae, or they start looking a little thin, try feeding them what you just listed.

To add to Mrgoodbytes if the ottos are behaving 'normaly' and you have sufficient algae growth I wouldn't worry.
In time, you will add to their diet some of the foods you suggested.
