I have a 55 with 3 angels, 6 Cory's, 1 small jupari, 1 small rainbow eartheater, 1 small pleco, 1 small spotted Raphael cat, 1 small striped Raphael cat, and 4 silver dollars, (I know that's a lot of fish for a 55) some of this stock was intended to be tankmates for my Oscars (6" each) in a 125 but it seems they are not fond of company no mater what we try.

What we are thinking of doing is giving up the Oscars, plecos, and 1 Columbian shark I inherited and moving at least 2 of the angels (the 2 younger ones have outgrown the older one) and possibly getting 2 or 3 more, moving the jupari (there is a rainbow eartheater in the 125 already so they should get along, they do in the 55) and the silver dollars to the 125 adding about 4 Cory's and possibly one of the Raphael's (there is a striped Raphael in the 125 already, there were 2) with what's left in the 55 I would like to add some colorful tetras or neons that would get along with the angelfish and would like some ideas of what else I could add to the 125 that would give it more color and activity and would get along with the angels.

One reason we are considering giving up the O's is because they are incredibly messy and the pleco is the only thing that the O's don't intimidate (he seems to ignore them most of the time) (for the record I made many hiding places for the Rainbow and the Raphael's but it doesn't seem to help) and the pleco is just as messy as the O's are and it will outgrow the 125 before long.

Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!

well.. its not a bad idea-- but please be sure to find a good home for the oscars

if you take them to the LFS they will end up in a 55g somewhere guarenteed- and that is sickening

neons will be angel fish snacks! you should try to find a larger bodies tetra to keep with the angels.....
