Rocky was bought legally 10 years ago in NY. He's been residing in a 200 gallon tank in Clay, NY with his family since he was bought. The DEC want to euthanize him, was suppossed to happen last week Thursday due to the outrage the DEC has held off on confiscating Rocky.
