Are there any kind of snails (turbo, astrea, etc) that can tolerate a lower salinity (1.016). If so, how many per gallon should I use.

Well they aren't exactly available at your local pet shop so I was thinking more toward more commericially available. There's been FW varieties for sale, but not any SW types. That was once though, like 8 months ago and it was the only time in 4 years I've seen them. Ordering online is out of the question as well.
