I've had my Angel in my 38G for about 4 days now and he is finally comfortable enough to start eating. I know he was able to nab a few micro wafers, but then my Diamonds noticed what was happening and greedily ate all the rest. Since the Angel eats slowly how can I make sure he gets enough food when the Diamonds are fast, greedy eaters?
Thanks for the help!

Angels will become greedy eaters in no time from what I have witnessed. But for now you can always feed the tetras on one side while dropping in some food for the angel on the other.

I'll give it a shot, but my Diamonds are clever and tend to notice if I put food in the other side while they are eating on one side.
Good to hear the Angel will become a more aggressive eater with time. He'll need to to keep up with the Diamonds.

I ended up feeding him by getting his attention at the top of the tank and feeding 1-2 micro wafers at a time and waiting for him to nab them before giving more. This worked well as the tetras did not notice the 1 or 2 pieces of food before the angel ate them. I don't mind feeding him this way as it is kind of cute, but if he gets more agressive, then thats OK, too.
Thanks for the help!
