How do you get the pictures to show up in the thread instead of being an attachment.

Load them on photobucket and get a url. Then click the "insert image" button above.

Or you can add them from your computer using the little paperclip icon while making a post.

Looks good. I'd add a background, and load that driftwood up with ferns and mosses. Put some stems on the right side. What is your lighting, co2, ferts?

I just got it back from my neighbors (I let them have it for 5 years), and it has no co2, ferts is flourish by seachem, and within the month I am gettin a glo light fixture.
Any ideas on some more fish?
btw, i will get a background probably black or one of the 3d ones.

Sounds like we're about at the same point with similar setups. :) I got a plant package from mgamer here(coming today, w00t!), seems like the best way to go unless your LFS has a good selection, and people here are often more knowledgeable anyway. :) I have no c02 (for now anyway), and about 2.4 WPG.

Have you decided how to stock it yet? Right now I have 3 danios, I'm thinking some kuhli loaches, cories, and a gourami.

I'm thinking that I am going to get some maybe 10 cories, 10-20 rummy-nose tetras, and 3 banjo catfish. Thats just a foundation, because I will have to get a centerpiece fish, which will probably be a specialty pleco. Fortunatly my lfs has some good plants for cheap, so I will get my plants there, until they run out.

Dude chill just a grow out n I have my 55 if it gets out of hand. BTW as long as the fish are healthy n the filteration is adequate it will all work out. :thm:

Good Start!!! Just make sure you do some research on the plants your LFS is selling. Some of the stores try to pass house plants as aquatic :headshake2:

Thanks Jay! I just got back from the lfs, and I got some Java Fern.
Any Ideas where to put it?

Ok I redid the tank, but i'm not so sure I like it. I tied down the java fern, and added mexican beach pebbles, and moved the crypts back a little. I could really use some suggestions on what other plants I could get. :thm:
