Picked up 3 bandit cories and 3 bronze cories. I had never seen the bandits before, but i liked their coloring a lot better than the pandas, even though the pandas were beautiful as well.

Man those things move! Very amusing fish. Amazing how fast they can move.

They've enjoyed the same downward current my tetras did when we put them in the tank.

I'll tell ya what, they've kept the tetras on their feet! I haven't seen so much movement in my tank, yet. When I finally released the cories into the tank, the tetras were trying to figure out WTF. Even my bristlenose came out to check them out... haha.

I'll try to get some good pics.

56k warning guys..... Sorry for the horrible pics. Can't get any good shots with any of my cameras :( iphone camera seems to be the best for the lighting in the tank. It's only 18w flourescent.. I keep reading that tetras are sensitive to light.... true? could I up the lighting without making them too upset/stressed? Anyhoo, here's some pics:

My Panda Cory's absolutely love the down current I have on the back wall of the tank. They wind up surfing the glass for hours.

They're probably the most amusing fish I've seen.

I've seen them go from running around in pairs, to all bunching up in one spot, to glass surfing in singles.. Pretty fun to watch!

as long as you provide places for the fish to hide away if they want to, upping the light is not really an issue.
