Mollies Sitting at bottom

i have two mollies in my QT tank and i don't know much about mollies but they are sitting on the bottom..is that normal for them

HELP?
 
one of my new mollies did this, but she showed signs of a columnaris infection on her mouth. after treating with maracyn plus, she perked right up

yea one of my mollies died yesterday randomly....the one that died, his mouth was open and his skin was a green color on his bottom towards the front.
 
columnaris on the mouth (aka mouth fungus) looks like cotton puffs on their mouths.
 
general hardness is the total amount of dissolved solids in your water. this and your pH will let you (and everyone else trying to help you) how hard or soft your water is. pH alone is not a good way to determine the hardness (or softness) of your water. the higher the gh, the harder your water
