They're two different mosses, Mak3... Erect Moss is Vesicularia reticulata and Flame is a Taxiphyllum species moss - both unrelated. Flame moss grows more like Spiky Moss than Erect but takes on the distinct spiral form under the right conditions. Erect Moss looks more like Creeping Moss (another species of Vesicularia), just that it's growth form is upright.
Cam, I don't have Erect Moss available in the quantity you asked for, but I should in another month or so -- if you're still looking for some later on.
