Last post.
Sorry for so many, BUT
I really don't want to cause any unnecessary deaths and lots of headaches for me.

I'm taking my 10 gallon (planted with 1 sword, and a crypt) and turning the substrate to soil.

I've read up on it as much as I can, and I think it's a good alternative to dosing ferts.

I'm going to mineralize it to make sure that there isn't too much nutrients readily accepted by the algae. I will soak and dry as much as I can.

I will add some gravel on top to make sure that the soil won't get disturbed too much.

Adding DIY Co2.
Adding, probably around 30 watts of light (2 x 15w CFL).
The soil is topsoil.

Is there anything that I'm missing.
Does anyone advise against what I'm doing?
Anyone have some advice?

Thanks.
