What the heck is going on with my Otto? Sick, Pregnant? Looks like it swallowed a marble. Somebody help solve this mystery. Thank you.

Only thing I can think of is severe dropsy. That is definitely not healthy.

I think it's safe to say, that oto's going to die. Actually, I'll cut off my index finger if it lives. Really, that would be hilarious, if not for the consequences

This fish is not going to survive. I think it's safe to say. IMHO, sadly, your best course of action is to humanely euthanize. I'm very sorry.
