View Full Version : Aqua Clear 110--enough to oxygenate tank?

Does the aqua clear 110 filter have enough water movement to oxygenate a 120 gallon tank? (so that a powerhead or airpump wouldn't be necessary)?
It would be used along w a fluval 404 & magnum 350 canister.

without a doubt. I have one on my 90 and it does a great job! No airstones or powerheads.

Most definitely. You have plenty of filtration going on with those 3 filters, and the Aquaclear will add plenty of surface agitation. You should be good to go!:)

I run my 120 with 2 AC 110's one is more then enough
